Solution If you want to transfer your domain to another registrar , you may need an EPP Code or Authorisation Code/Key. This is required for .COM and .NET domains. To obtain the EPP Code, login to your billing account and click on My Domains. Then click VIEW icon beside the domain you wish to transfer and under Management Tools , click the Get EPP Code button . The EPP code will be emailed to the email address associated with your domain names WHOIS information. Before you initiate the transfer process, it is important to make sure your domain is also unlocked.
