 How do I unlock my domain name so it can be transferred?
Solution Before a domain can be transferred to another registrar it needs to be unlocked. To do this , login to your billing account and click on My Domains. Then click VIEW icon beside the domain you wish to unlock and and under the option Registrar Lock , untick the tickbox and save changes. The domain will now be unlocked.
