PHP pages wont load, how do I enable PHP support.
PHP pages wont load, how do I enable PHP support.
Solution
When you add a new domain to your hosting account you need to define what scripting services you want to associate with the domain . While PHP support is available on all our accounts, you need to activate it for each domain under your control panel otherwise when you upload a PHP page or script, it will not load correctly and in most cases your browser will prompt you to download the page itself.
To enable PHP scripting login to PLESK and from the left sidebar menu click on HOME , the page will refresh and at the lower part of the screen you will see your domain names listed. Click on the domain you want to modify and on the next page , under hosting , click SETUP. When this page loads , scroll half way down the page and you will see the available scripting options. Click the checkbox beside PHP and then click OK at the bottom of the screen. PHP support is now enabled for your domain.
